Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint
The crown jewel of Bandon's coastline. This viewpoint offers stunning vistas of massive sea stacks, including the famous Face Rock, which resembles a face looking up toward the sky. An American Indian legend tells the story of the princess whose face is frozen in stone.
Free parking and beach access. Best viewed at sunset.
Coquille River Lighthouse
Built in 1896, this historic lighthouse guarded the dangerous river bar for decades. Now retired, it serves as a beloved landmark located within Bullards Beach State Park. Visitors can walk out on the jetty for incredible views of the river meeting the ocean.
Open seasonally. Located at the north jetty.
Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

Old Town Bandon

Housed in a former city hall building, this museum preserves the history of the Coquille Indians, the devastating fires of 1914 and 1936, and the region's cranberry and timber industries.

Oregon Coast Trail (Bandon Section)
The stretch of beach from Old Town south to Devil's Kitchen is spectacular. You'll pass Face Rock, Cat and Kittens rocks, and miles of pristine sand. Watch the tides closely as some areas are impassable at high tide.
Bullards Beach Trail
A paved and hard-packed trail winding through shore pines and grassy dunes behind the beach. It connects the campground to the lighthouse, making it perfect for families and cyclists.
Seven Devils State Recreation Site
A secluded beach access point north of Bandon. The trail down to the beach is short, but the beach walking here offers solitude and excellent agate hunting away from the crowds.
New River Nature Center Trails
A network of gentle trails winding through coastal scrub, dunes, and wetlands along the New River. It's a fantastic spot for birdwatching and seeing a rare coastal river that runs parallel to the ocean.
Coquille River Walk
A pleasant stroll along the Bandon waterfront in Old Town. Walk along the boardwalk, watch the crab boats unload their catch, and enjoy views of the lighthouse across the river.
Face Rock Intertidal Walk
